The troopers of Sigma 7 have been holding out against a ruthless and unrelenting enemy. The chaotic forces are increasing in number every attack, their tactics are becoming more refined, their weapons more effective against the barricades. Sigma 7 must hold on to one of the last remaining fire bases on Alpha Helltania and wait for reinforcements. Will they come? Will they endure the onslaught? The Event includes indoor (hut) sleeping space, 6 meals including Friday Dinner, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, and Sunday Breakfast, with some individual character kit will be provided on a first come first served basis.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHASTENED LEGION

Special Ability:
Infiltration: This unit has the ability to sneak through obstacles/blockades. Standard soldiers cannot get through obstacles without an Engineer.
Lock picking: We are providing 3D printed lockpicks that will be attached to various doors and articles throughout the weekend as a fun mini game. These locks can be hard skilled or after 30 seconds of roleplay, you may open the door/box (if our locks decide to play up at the time that is).
Concealment: You may choose to conceal one item on your persons, this item may not exceed 10 inches in length and 2 inches wide. If found whilst in your hiding spot amongst your uniform, you must state to the person/s searching you "Concealed", the searching parties will then ignore this item.
Battlefield Dress Uniform [BDU]: This is your primary uniform while you are in combat and should consist of clothing that follows these guidelines.
You will be provided with a penal explosive ordinance collar and shackles to ensure you are kept “imprisoned” throughout your service.
You must provide your own clothing, something suitable of a prisoner and their uniform. A two part or singular boiler suit of the colours orange/blue/red or yellow. You may decide in your characters backstory which unit and planet you came from and decide how your imprisonment came about.
Waterproof jacket (or poncho).
Sturdy boots. (We recommend military boots, but appreciate that this might not be viable for some players due to disability or other issues).
Costume and kit specific to your regiment will be provided by the on-site quartermaster on a first-come-first-served basis should you need it. Chastened Legion this will include prisoner neck shackles and a very limited number of jump suits. These are free to borrow but must be taken care of. Any damages, loss or theft will incur a repair fee/fine.
Survival Essentials: These are items you must bring with you in order to attend Guardsmen:
Suitable eye protection (Glasses with additional framing are acceptable).
Water Carrying Capacity. This can be a water bottle or a Camelback.
Snacks. We suggest a mix of sweet and savour types or speciality ones designed for outdoors exercise or camping.
NERF armaments. We recommend a nerf style elite dart blaster, as these are the most common to acquire. It MUST be painted or suitably decorated to reflect it as a military weapon.
Personal thermal solution. The temperatures can be low for the event, especially at night so we recommend Thermal sub layers, gloves, hats, heat packs or hot water bottles as well as at least a 3 season sleeping bag for nighttime.
A watch or other suitable time-keeping device.
Any medication, devices or other things required for self-care. With medication carried on a person we strongly suggest this should be kept in the left breast pocket (over the heart) for ease of location. Allergies and medical items that might affect your event should be reported to the events team.
Bedding, including camping bed, sleeping bag and pillows.
NOTE: There is no running water or electricity at Eversley - please bring a good amount of water to sustain you throughtout the weekend and personal hygeine items that will keep you feeling fresh.
